Please note that we do not offer returns; however, we do provide an exchange option under the following conditions:



EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Raise an exchange request within 48 hrs of receiving the product through our panel. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.
  • A Credit Note will be issued for the full product price within 3-4 days once the product is picked up
  • Products bought during sale are non-exchangeable
  • You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment
  • Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping


CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  • You can cancel the order by mailing us on fivestitchofficial@gmail.com or by whatsapp. Send your order ID
  • Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
  • Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.

Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000(Five Thousand) only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000(Five Thousand), please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.

In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
